When you buy a print

Stripe's checkout page asks for your name, email address and phone number. We keep them with the order to record the sale, to email you your confirmation and your certificate of authenticity, and to reach you about your print. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

We keep order records for seven years, for tax and so that each print's history can be traced. We do not sell or share your details with anyone except the services below, and only for the job each one does.

While a print is held for you

When you tap Buy, we set one cookie, __session. It holds a random number that tells our server which browser is holding which print, so that one browser holds one print at a time. It says nothing about who you are and expires about an hour after your last checkout. The page also notes your hold in this browser tab's session storage, which is cleared when the tab closes.

Analytics

On public pages we use Google Analytics to count visits and sales, which sets its own cookies. We send it the page's address without anything after the ?, run no ads, keep Google signals off, and keep the data for 14 months. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, Analytics does not store cookies for you.

Analytics never loads on order pages, or on a certificate page opened with your private owner link or by tapping the seal on a frame.
